Currently, this technology has been widely used in scenarios such as "Tmall supermarket home delivery" and “Cainiao post station home delivery”.

It is reported that Cainiao's smart city delivery logistics system has been applied to multiple logistics scenarios such as Cainiao Direct, Cainiao Guoguo Returns and Personal Shipping, and Cainiao Post Station Delivery, effectively improving the operational efficiency of vehicles, couriers, and post station staff. Through capabilities such as order allocation, intelligent packaging, and decision-making, an automated organizational management process has been established, providing the industry with a set of cost-reducing and efficiency-increasing solutions.
